Statement Regarding COVID – 19 Updated June 15, 2020
Updated June 15, 2020
To Our Valued Customers,
We have reopened our lobby from 8:00 – 4:30 p.m. We are asking all visitors to follow the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC, State and Federal governments. We have added sneeze shields, hand sanitizer stations throughout the bank, social distancing markers, and a one way traffic pattern in the lobby. We encourage the use of masks and other PPE if you will be visiting the office for more than 5-10 minutes. If you are wearing a mask, we may ask you to temporarily remove it for identification and security purposes.
We can continue to serve your banking needs through our drive-through, our night drop, our internet/mobile banking services, and through our network of ATM machines. Our team is still present within the lobby, available to take your phone calls, and to serve all of your banking needs.
Our mission at Key Community Bank is to make life better one customer, employee and community at a time.
Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns regarding our plans. My direct telephone number is 651-379-3512 or you may reach me by e-mail at gregd@keycommunitybank.com.
Thank you for your cooperation & your business. Please stay safe and healthy!
