What do I do if I lose my élan ATM/Debit card after bank hours?
If you lose your élan ATM/Debit card after bank hours please call this number immediately to report your card lost or stolen—1-800-264-5578. This will allow you to close your card immediately to avoid fraudulent charges. To order a replacement card, please call during bank hours.

Where can I use my ATM card without being charged?
Customers may use their ATM card at an MoneyPass ATM without charge. To locate the nearest MoneyPass ATM, click here.

What is the bank’s funds availability policy?
Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the first business day. Then, the funds will generally be available by the second business day after the day of deposit.***Transactions done at our branches, including loan and line of credit payments, are processed Monday through Friday on the current business day until close of business, which is 5:30 p.m. at our Inver Grove Heights office, and 4:00 p.m. at our South St. Paul location. Transactions done on Saturdays will be processed on the following business day.***


Can I open an account online?
For security reasons, Key Community Bank does not allow account opening to be done online. If you would like to open an account, please stop in and see one of our personal bankers.

Can I open an account on during Saturday bank hours?
In order to open an account, the customer must come in to the bank and see one of our personal bankers. The lobby is currently closed on Saturdays, therefore the customer must come in during bank hours Monday-Friday to open an account.

How do I get set up for online banking?
If you would like be set up for online banking, please contact a personal banker at (651) 457-7539 to get an ID# and PIN.

What do I do if I can not log in to my online banking?
If you are having trouble logging in please consult our online Internet Banking Help Guide. If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact a personal banker.
