Inver Grove Heights, MN, November 1, 2021 Key Community Bank is announcing the retirement of President, Greg Dennis and of EVP Chief Credit Officer, Jon Girard. Mr. Dennis and Mr. Girard announced their intention to retire in the Spring of 2021 and have worked hard over the past several months to evaluate potential successors. They are pleased to announce the hiring of President, Jason Erdman and SVP Chief Credit Officer, Mark Harris.

Greg Dennis has over 35 years of experience in community banking and has spent the last 10 years serving as President & CEO of Key Community Bank. Jon Girard has spent 25 years working in community banks, with the last nine being spent as the Chief Credit Officer of Key Community Bank. Mr. Dennis stated, “I have every confidence in Jason Erdman and Mark Harris. Not only do they have a comprehensive understanding of community banking, but they also have experience in organizations that are similar to Key Community Bank.” Mr. Dennis and Mr. Girard will remain with the bank for a period of transition through late November 2021.

Jason Erdman and Mark Harris both come to Key Community Bank from Eagle Community Bank in Maple Grove, MN, which was bought out in May by a larger financial institution. Jason Erdman served as the President & CEO of Eagle Community Bank for 10 years prior to the buyout and brings with him over 20 years of service in community banking. Mark Harris most recently served as the SVP Chief Credit Officer and brings with him more than 30 years of banking and finance experience. Mr. Erdman stated, “Both Mark and I are very excited to be joining an organization with such a dedicated base of customers and one that is so well positioned for future growth. Key Community Bank has a solid financial foundation along with a dedicated team of employees that will ensure the future success of the bank. We thank both Greg and Jon for their many years of dedication and valued contributions to the bank and its customers.”
